Unesco Hong Kong Association

Introduction: UNESCO is a specialised agency of the United Nations (www.unesco.org). UNESCO Hong Kong Association is a non-governmental organisation and a charitable institution under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. (IRD Ref No. 91/10053) as well as a member of Chinese National Federation of UNESCO Clubs, Centres and Associations.

The mission of UNESCO Hong Kong Association is to promote sustainable development goals and international exchanges through education, sciences and culture. UNESCO HK aims to uphold the missions by launching respective programmes and activities in accordance with UNESCO objectives in HK educational institutions so as to leverage Hong Kong’s technology and talents to best support its long-term development as well as that in Mainland China.
