Introduction: TNCH is dedicated to serving people of all ages and all grades of intellectual disabilities and their families, and also poverty and single family. Its emphasis is on what people with intellectual disabilities can achieve with a mission to assist them in the development of their potential to the full. They provide provide special education, job training, sheltered and supported employment, day care and training, family and community support, recreational and social programme, etc.
