Introduction: The Rehabilitation Alliance Hong Kong coordinates all categories of disabled people to fight for “full participation and equal opportunity” in social affairs. The Alliance is not only concerned with the general rehabilitation services and policies, but also actively participates in issues that both directly and indirectly affect people with disabilities.
