Abstract:
Park Jae-sang , better known by his stage name PSY, a South Korean singer, songwriter, rapper, dancer, and record producer. He is well known for his humorous videos and stage performances, and for his hit single “Gangnam Style”.
Through his song ‘Gangnam Style,’ PSY has become an international sensation, with his satirical song’s video clip – and its horse-riding-like dance moves – viewed more than half a billion times since its release in July.
On October 23, 2012, PSY met U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon at the United Nations Headquarters where Ban expressed his desire to work with the singer because of his “unlimited global reach”.
