Kelly Chen 2econd Hand Clothing Charity Sale was held annually since 2008. Revenue will be donate to Kelly Chen Children Education Fund (KCCEF) without deducting any administration cost. KCCEF provides financial support to the children in need of education and stimulate children’s creativity and energy by reward and commendation.
