Abstract:
Kay Tse, a Hong Kong Cantopop songwriter and singers. She became a prominent figure in the cantopop culture. She is known for her versatile vocal range and expertise in various music genres, especially in jazz. Tse won numerous music awards in 2009 including Media Award – Album and Media Award – Performer, which are considered to be the most prestigious awards in Hong Kong music industry.
Tse has been involved in a number of charitable activities, and has served as an ambassador for a number of causes including environmental protection, education, and children’s causes, including FMCHK , Heep Hong, Cancer Fund, LLCS, Hong Kong Red Cross, World Vision, WWF, Habitat for Humanity, etc. Tse was awarded as one of the Hong Kong’s Ten Outstanding Young Persons in 2010.
