Detail: CLP launched world-first Power Your Love Programme in 2015 – a record-breaking 9,500,000 kWh has been conserved, which is equivalent to one-year power consumption of 2,000 households.
This year, we are carrying on this mission and launch the Power Your Love Programme 2016 by combining energy conservation advocacy along with community care. To register the mission from 15 June to 14 August; not only can you save energy and reduce your electricity bill, but also help people in need. CLP will donate the value of the electricity you save to relieve the electricity costs by using shareholders’ fund.
From May till October, CLP will invite district councilors from 14 districts and various social service providers to nominate eligible individuals for the Programme. Such individuals include single and couple elderly, the disabled, families living in sub-divided flats and the families of boarders in special schools.
