Chef Anita Lo and Chef Jenn Louis from the US made a visit in Asia Society Hong Kong Centre lately and partnered with Food Revolution Asia this year to demonstrated how to create homemade dumplings, from the soft outer casing to the mouthwatering filling made with the Chef Lo’s personal recipe. This workshop provided a fun and relaxing atmosphere, suitable for families with children aged 6 or above. On the day, families recruited online and kids coming from Po Leung Kuk as well as local community centres had learnt how to make steamed jiaozi and fried veggie wonton with lot of fun!
