Walk for Nature 2018 is an ideal time for family and friends to Connect2Nature at Mai Po Nature Reserve and meet WWF staff to see and hear more about the important role of Ramsar sites, such as the Mai Po marshes, and the challenges faced by migratory waterbirds on their journey along the East Asian-Australasian Flyway.

You’re welcome to get involved and use the iNa turalist app during this year’s event and share what you see with friends. Furthermore, interested party can sign up for a guided boardwalk tour as well. Please join and flap your wings and experience another side of Hong Kong by joining the annual “Walk for Nature”.

Date: 3-4 November (Sat and Sun)

Time: 9:30am to 6pm * (10 time slots / day, including 09:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 12:00, 12:30, 13:00, 13:30, 14:00) Participants can choose one time slot only.

Various start times throughout the day from: 9:30 am to 2:00 pm and catch our shuttle bus to the reserve. (The 5km Walk for Nature route is along trails and paths in the reserve and is for hiking levels easy to moderate and will take 3 to 4 hours to complete. Come prepared in comfortable clothes and bring your own water bottle)
