Being a registered non-profit organization exempted from tax under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance, Hong Kong Association for Cleft Lip and Palate is the one-one in Hong Kong that provide support services for patients with cleft lip / palate and their parents / caretakers, as well as pregnant mothers bearing affected babies.
We do not have subvention of any kind, 70% of our fund comes from Flag Day fund raising and donations by members of the public. The Flag Day 2016 held by the Hong Kong Association for Cleft Lip and Palate will be held on 8th October. We are now recruiting for flag-selling volunteers. Individuals/ Schools / Organizations are welcomed to join the event. (Volunteers aged under 14 must be accompanied by parents.)
