The upcoming “Green Rider 2014” will be held on 19th October 2014. This year, the event will bring you to Lantau South Country Park.
Two categories, “Green Adventure” and “Mountain Racing Challenge”, are designed for participants with different cycling experience and fitness level to enjoy riding in the countryside. For details, please refer to their website .
Background:
“Green Rider” is The Conservancy Association‘s annual flagship fundraising event, which integrates nature adventure, cycling and team task elements. It aims to offer unique adventure racing experience and nature education opportunity for the participants through cycling within Country Park. The first “Green Rider” was held along the mountain bike trail in Tai Lam Country Park in 2013 with over 300 participants taking part in it.
