Organization: Enlighten-Action for Epilepsy
Details: In March, which is also Hong Kong’s Epilepsy Awareness Month, Enlighten-Action for Epilepsy is carrying out “Paint the Town Purple” Awareness Campaign to support people who are suffering from epilepsy.
March 26th is the international Purple Day dedicated to raise the awareness of epilepsy across the world. To show support for epilepsy on Purple Day, Enlighten-Action for Epilepsy encourages individuals to dress in purple hashtag “#paintthetownpurpleHK” with our selfies with family and friends on social media and even make donation to them online to support their devotion for epilepsy patients.
Apart from donation and universal dress code, an Enlighten’ s Rugby 10s Brunch will also be held in support of the Purple Day preceding the festive rugby sevens weekend. Rugby legends including Ex Scottish International and British and Irish Lions player Tom Smith, Former Wallaby player Mark Ella and Head Coach of Irish Rugby Team Joe Schmidt will come and share their views on rugby and much more!
