Co-organised by Go.Asia and CUHK, the Rooftop Cultivation Harvest Feast was held on Feb 6, 2015 to celebrate the fruitful harvest from the 1^st year of rooftop cultivation in School of Architecture, CUHK. A live cooking demonstration of “CNY Spring Pancake” was conducted by renowned chef Mr. Kenny Chan, Ms. Alvin Chan, together with Go.Asia Founder Ms. Cissy Wang as well as Go.Asia CEO Mr. Edmon Chung. During the event, 2 surprising guests, including Go. Asia founder Mr. Donnie Yen and Professor Joseph J.Y. Sung, Vice-Chancellor and President of CUHK enjoyed the food tasting and participated in the planting session to pray for another good weather and harvest in the coming year.
