Details: Liven up your workplace or institution by wearing pink on 24 October, our Dress Pink Day. Whether you dress in pink from top-to-toe or simply add a splash of colour with your tie or socks, you’ll be helping raise awareness about breast cancer and the importance of self-checking and early detection.
We encourage every Dress Pink Day participant to donate HK$100 or more, which will pay for one of our Pink Recovery Packs to be delivered to the bedside of a breast cancer patient who has recently undergone surgery. All funds raised on the day will go towards these packs, which contain vital information, provisions and aids to ease women’s anxiety and discomfort, and guide them on the crucial next step of their cancer journey.
Background: Pink Revolution is Cancer Fund’s annual breast cancer awareness and fundraising campaign. It aims to promote the importance of early detection and raise funds for our free breast cancer support services.
