Organization: Second Harvest Asia (2HA) and Second Harvest Japan (2HJ)
Detail: The Super Typhoon Yolanda hit Philippines has caused at least 10,000 people are feared to have been killed, whereas thousands of survivors are still desperately waiting for the aid effort to reach them.
Second Harvest Asia is planning to send food from Japan and/or the U.S. to the Philippines through Philippine Red Cross and Department of Social Welfare and Development.
They are now calling for food and water donations (only from corporations) and cash donations (both individuals and corporations)

If your company has emergency water and/or food it is planning to replace, please considering doing this earlier and donating this to people in the affected area through 2HA. 2HA will try to coordinate transportation of your goods to Philippine Red Cross or Department of Social Welfare and Development.
