Heifer has invited two recipient families from rural China to join the local families to take part in a meaningful fundraising event on this Mother’s Day. The funds raised after deducting all the necessary expenses will be pooled into the “Heifer Inner Mongolia Harqin Community Development Project”, assisting the struggling farmers to improve livelihoods and contributing to the sustainable community development.

Participants and the teenage recipients will be guided and inspired by the local popular illustrators Lobintan (路邊攤) and Kungchinchin (工千芊) to create their own unique T-shirt. They can then sell this unique T-shirt to their friends and family through an mobile App for donation to Heifer. Ms Leila Tong, the Star Member of “Moo Moo Young Partner” will also attend this special event.
The activity does not only offer the participants a precious opportunity to change others’ lives, but also ensures more people can wear their designed T-shirts.
