Background：Hong Kong Family Welfare Society concerns the needs and opportunities to the underprivileged group in our society. In 2005, the “Create a New World” programme was launched to provide various services upon women’s need, including interest group and training courses, to provide a chance for skills upgrade and widen their horizon.
