CEDAR Fund is targeted to recruit 600 participants walking barefoot in Ma On Shan and raising 600k HKD for supporting children development programmes in Asian and African countries including India, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Ethiopia and Zimbabwe.
Background:
Since 2001, CEDAR organises our annual fundraising event ‘CEDAR Barefoot Walk’, inviting public to participating in walking barefooted and raising fund for different development programmes, as well as experiencing feelings and situations of the poor.
This year, we aim at ‘walking out of poverty for the poor children in Asia and Africa’
