Your Joyful Record” Video Competition aims at increasing public engagement in promoting mental well-being and understanding about mental health. Three entry categories will be accepted, including: 1) Open Category; 2) Junior Secondary Category (Form 1 to Form 3); and 3) Senior Secondary Category (Form 4 to Form 6).
Entrants should create a video, not exceeding 3 minutes, to promote one of the following themes:
- Encourage the practice of “SME”, i.e. “Sharing”, “Mind” and “Enjoyment” in daily live
- Handle challenging situations with a positive attitude
- Promote a help seeking culture and supportive environment for destigmatisation of common mental health problems including anxiety, depression, mixed anxiety-depressive disorders and dementia

Online Voting Period: Open Category, Junior and Senior Secondary Categories: 16 to 30 June 2017 (12:00 noon)
