Over the last few months, XCHANGE: Social Gastronomy is fortunate to have Kai-fongs and chefs joining us at Saturday Feasts at Kit-Chen. As some of you may know, most of the ingredients used in our feasts come from the rescued food collected from nearby shops in North Point.
You now cordially invited to join us as a Food Runner and collect food waste from nearby shops of our recommendations or your favourites this December and January. Join us and gain some first-hand information on food waste problem in Hong Kong and immerse yourself in a very different experience of North Point.
How to participate: From now on until 30.1.2016, you may register on 盛食當灶 XCHANGE : Social Gastronomy from Monday to Thursday, and bring your own containers for food collection to Kit-Chen on Friday evening. Recommended shops and directions will be provided.
