Detail: On World Refugee Day, 20 June, SPEAK will honour the refugee experience through live music, drama and photography presented by Hong Kong-based refugees and asylum seekers.
Background: UNHCR is governed by the UN General Assembly and the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). The UNHCR Executive Committee, composed of 78 members, approves the agency’s biennial programmes and the corresponding budget.
