Background： Some elderly have difficulties with mobility, so they rare go out for hair cut, which making them look old and tired, they might easily lose the interest in life, or sit back and give up the life. In view of this, St. James’ Settlement launched the territory-wide hair cut service scheme aims to help bringing the elderly out.
