The Honorary Andrew Wong Wang-fat, OBE, JP, Chairman, Panel on Constitutional Affairs, Legislative Council. He was Elected President of Legislative Council, Member of Provisional Legislative Council, President of Commonwealth Parliamentary Association, Hong Kong Branch, etc.
Honorary Wong is the founder of The Department of Government and Public Administration in The Chinese University of Hong Kong, he is also the Member of Council of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, Travel Industry Council Appeal Panel ,Insurance Intermediaries Quality Assurance Scheme Steering Committee, Fisheries Development Loan Fund Advisory Committee , Court of University of Hong Kong, Convocation Standing Committee and Chief Editor of Convocation Newsletter in University of Hong Kong, Chairman of Insurance Agents Registration Board, the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers, Justice of the Peace and Ex-officio Executive Committee Member, Heung Yee Kuk.
