A group of volunteers selected 33 gifts for a meaning Christmas!
Started at 2012, a group of volunteers explored the local small shops in Hong Kong, introducing their stories and local products. This year they have selected 33 gifts idea and hope more people can support local small business.
The 33 gifts idea are mainly fall into 5 categories: “local handmade” which are full of creativity & uniqueness; “love nature” highlight the green products also respect animals or nature; “traditional gift” are those very local very Hong Kong products; “social enterprise” hope to remind consumers to care about environment and city development; and the last one is “treasure of small shop”, gift with special meaning.
Christmas is not about consumption and gifts. If you really have to shop for something, you can shop for something special and meaningful.
