皮契樂於1977年出生，於奧地利維也納生活及工作。
皮契樂最初於奧地利維也納大學研讀景觀建築學，2005年畢業後決定離開這個專業去追尋攝影的夢想。
成為攝影師後，皮契樂一直參與不同的藝術項目。在最近的三年，他的作品多次出現於不同的國際展覽並於報章、雜誌及書藉刊登。
皮契樂從未接受過任何攝影教育。
